Jolts of Joy
Happy New Year!
In our first MAC Meeting of the new year, we’ll learn more about how important it is to do the things that bring us and others joy.
We’ll learn a little more about what “jolts of joy” are, and the positive psychology behind why they are so important.
Then we’ll practice by learning a little more about Laughter Yoga! (Very good, very good, YAY!)
Wear some comfortable clothes you can stretch in, and see you all there!
*Just a reminder that we encourage ALL Members to attend MAC Meetings if at all possible.

After the meeting, members are invited to meet for dinner at a location near the office.
