Postponed-ZooTampa at Lowry Park

Come join us on a fun adventure to ZooTampa at Lowry Park! Please plan in advance who you will be carpooling with on the day of the event. There will be an invoice to cover the price of your zoo ticket.

We will meet in the Beacon Suites parking lot at 8AM and depart precisely at 8:15 AM. When we arrive at the zoo, we will all reconnect at the main entrance. We will be at the zoo all day, so be sure to bring extra spending money for food, drinks, and/or souvenirs if you would like. 

Driving Tips – Take I-75 North to I-4 West to I-275 North, Exit 48 (Sligh Ave). Turn left (west) on Sligh Ave, cross N. Boulevard. Zoo entrance is on right.

 Reminders –

• Dress comfortably for walking around (this includes shoes)
• Bring ear protection if you are sensitive to noise (MAC will have mild ear protection available)
• Bring a sensory item if needed 
• Bring bug spray and sunscreen as a majority of our time will be spent outdoors 
• There are a number of quiet areas throughout the park 

Weather Notice: even in the case of rainy Florida weather, we will go on! There are both indoor and outdoor activities.
